I've got an '01 24V and ordered this front bumper because it looks the best on my truck. It doesn't stick out too far in the front and fits absolutely perfect. Any minor adjustments can be made side/side, up/down, and front/back. My inner front fenders still fit up perfectly and look great. Also, if you have front fender flares they will fit still due to the wrap around in the front and end up being flush with the bumper and look great. The headlight protection bars are in the exact spot they need to be without ANY interference. This bumper was made for the 2nd gen Dodge trucks because there isn't a bad line on it anywhere. I'm thrilled that this was the bumper that I chose for my truck, because it's just perfect.
I guess the only bad thing I could say about it is where the mounting bolts are under the front of the truck. The bolts that connect the mount to the truck frame are really close to the bolts that connect the bumper to the mounts, but it's really not that bad. Just make sure you have 2 sets of ratchet/combo wrenches available to accommodate for the room you need to make any adjustments.
I purchased it from mudflaps.com which is part of the same company. And I got insanely exceptional service with these 2 companies. If you call customer service, they will go out of their way to help you out.

I bought this with the winch plate and d-rings. What a great product! It fits perfectly, it is literally the easiest install I have ever done. The only part that was any inconvenience was the winch plate, but that is just because the tolerances are so tight. It has a great finish and is very stout. The mesh in the grill is not as stout as what you would find in a ranch hand, but is still plenty stout to take abuse. My favorite part of the bumper is the bar that goes over the headlight is welded back into the bumper, unlike most that just loop around and are flimsy.
