Designed for TJ owners who already have a Rubicon Express Super-Flex short arm suspension system, these kits allow you to upgrade to the Extreme-Duty Long Arm system. Our Extreme-Duty Long Arm System will provide noticeable improvements in your TJs on road handling, returning a nearly stock ride quality. Off road you will see unmatched performance on the most extreme trails. These upgrade systems include a stout 1/4" thick, three-piece belly pan for easy transfer case and transmission access; rear stainless steel brake lines and the chromoly Rubicon Express Extreme-Duty Long Arms. We use 2" x .250 wall Chromoly tubing for our lower control arms for serious off roading use. Lift height depends on the system you are upgrading. Exhaust Modification Required. Note: Upgrade systems re-use RE3780 adjustable upper control arms included with Rubicon Express Super-Flex Short Arm Systems. Bushings are provided to convert front upper arms to RE4020. Check your current application.
